1. What is collected

The Company collects the following through its contact form. There is no sign-up or account creation on this site.

• Company name (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• The content of the enquiry

2. Why it is collected

Personal information is used only to answer enquiries, to prepare quotations and hold consultations, and to enter into and perform a contract. It is not used for marketing or advertising.

3. How long it is kept

Enquiries are destroyed without delay once their purpose is fulfilled. Where a contract results, records are kept for the period required by law after it ends. On request, information is destroyed immediately unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

4. Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

5. Processing entrusted to others

The Company entrusts processing to the parties below for the operation of the service, and each handles personal information only within the scope entrusted. Both operate servers outside Korea.

6. Information collected automatically

Access records - IP address, browser information and time of access - may be generated automatically by the hosting provider as the site is used.

The site also uses a NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language, and on a first visit checks the country of access so that visitors from Korea are sent to the Korean pages. No country information is stored in the process, and cookies can be refused in your browser settings.

7. Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information. Requests made through the contact form on this site are acted on without delay.

8. How information is destroyed

Personal information is destroyed without delay once its retention period has passed or its purpose has been fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted by means from which they cannot be recovered; any printed material is shredded or incinerated.

9. Security measures

Access to personal information is limited to the minimum number of people whose work requires it, and information is protected in transit by encryption (HTTPS).
